The lock communicates with the TTLock app via Bluetooth within a range of about 5 m. For remote control over the internet you need the G2 gateway – a generic TTLock Wi-Fi gateway, available separately.
PIN codes assigned in the TTLock app or via the API can have 4 to 12 digits. Codes entered directly from the lock menu have 6 to 12 digits (depending on the lock firmware).

The LS-C83-A works with the TUYA and TTLock platforms. It can be unlocked with a code, card, fingerprint, the mobile app, a physical key or Bluetooth. It has a built-in Bluetooth 4.1 BLE module and is made of high-grade aluminium alloy and ABS. The lock is designed for glass doors.

The LS-C83-A wireless smart lock is a dedicated solution for glass doors. It is controlled from a smartphone with the TTLock app. It can be unlocked in five ways: fingerprint, PIN codes, RFID cards, mechanical key or mobile app. The double-latch design lets you use the lock on left- and right-hand doors. The lock is powered by four AA batteries (not included).
The lock itself communicates via Bluetooth when you are within 5 metres. For remote control over the internet, you need the G2 gateway, which can be purchased separately at any time.
