Space Pad Pro Keypad
Access terminal with face recognition and palm scan, supplied with an indoor panel. For walls or metal doors, screwed together from the inside.
Two panels, one system
Space Pad Pro is an access control terminal made of two panels. The outdoor panel identifies the user by face, palm and vein scan, fingerprint, card or PIN code. The indoor panel, on the secure side, controls the door: an electromotive lock, an electric strike, a bolt or a drive that closes the door by itself.
The same kit can be mounted in two ways: as a terminal in the wall next to the door or directly in the leaf of a metal door. In both cases the panels are screwed together from the inside, so there is nothing to unscrew from outside.
Tempered glass, anodised aluminium, galvanised steel. For entrance doors of flats and houses, offices, server rooms and warehouses.

Mounted from the inside
The panels are screwed through the wall or door leaf with 2 M5 screws from the inside.

Relays, radio, open/close buttons; ports for the lock, door drive and sensors.
Access for visitors and staff
QR entry via WhatsApp
A visitor is coming to a 3:00 pm meeting. In two seconds, an employee sends them a QR code on WhatsApp, valid for 2 hours. The visitor scans it at the entrance and in the lift: no reception desk, no card, no app.
A new employee has access from day one, and when someone leaves, the administrator switches their access off with one click.

Write
The administrator adds a person by their WhatsApp number. They message the building’s WhatsApp Business number and pick an option from the menu.

Get your code
“Entry code” is a personal QR code. “Guest code” gets a start time and validity, e.g. 120 minutes, and is forwarded to the visitor on WhatsApp.

Scan
Scan the code at the lock or terminal. No app to install, no card.

Coming soon: a version for hotels and rentals, including long-term stays.
WhatsApp messages are handled by the WhatsApp Business operator; the feature is optional and can be switched off in fully on-premises deployments.
New access methods
Palm and vein scan
Hold your hand over the reader, no touching needed. The sensor reads the unique pattern of veins under the skin and checks that the hand is alive, so the method is very hard to fake with a photo or a copy. Recognition is fast, even with many users, and the system stores an encrypted template, not an image of the hand. Hygienic and convenient wherever security matters. Built in as standard in current SPACE locks and Pads with the camera module.
BLE beacon optional, on order
Hands-free automatic opening. The user carries a wristband or clip with a BLE beacon. When it comes within the set distance of the lock or Pad, the device opens the passage by itself, according to the assigned permissions and schedule, and every opening is logged. Ideal for autonomous devices such as robots, AGVs and vehicles that need the right to pass or drive through. Optional, on order: requires the BLE module or the app function.
