The premium version of the Space Pad series. The same functions as Space Lock locks, in wall keypad form.

Access for visitors and staff
QR entry via WhatsApp
A visitor is coming to a 3:00 pm meeting. In two seconds, an employee sends them a QR code on WhatsApp, valid for 2 hours. The visitor scans it at the entrance and in the lift: no reception desk, no card, no app.
A new employee has access from day one, and when someone leaves, the administrator switches their access off with one click.

Write
The administrator adds a person by their WhatsApp number. They message the building’s WhatsApp Business number and pick an option from the menu.

Get your code
“Entry code” is a personal QR code. “Guest code” gets a start time and validity, e.g. 120 minutes, and is forwarded to the visitor on WhatsApp.

Scan
Scan the code at the lock or terminal. No app to install, no card.

Coming soon: a version for hotels and rentals, including long-term stays.
WhatsApp messages are handled by the WhatsApp Business operator; the feature is optional and can be switched off in fully on-premises deployments.
