Use case
An older building now used as a coworking space has a leaking flat roof. The owner had planned two separate projects: new waterproofing and, one day, solar panels.
Instead, it becomes one renovation: a new membrane and a PV system installed together, without dismantling the roof structure.
How it works
New roof
An 840 W composite solar tile combined with a TPO membrane forms a single layer that both seals the roof and generates power.
Retrofit
On an existing metal or membrane roof, 550 W glass-glass modules are installed without altering the structure.
Ready for storage
The system can be combined with a commercial energy storage system and performance monitoring.
